Dillon joined Johnson Law in 2021 after working the previous seven years representing construction professionals, homeowners, and homeowners associations in construction litigation.

Mr. Fulcher has extensive experience in the areas of construction defect and real estate transactions.  He has been involved in projects ranging from billion-dollar government construction to single-family home construction.  He knows the economic and personal impact that can occur when you discover that you may have construction defects or deficiencies.

Mr. Fulcher is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis school of law.  He focused his studies in real estate and started working in the construction defect world right out of law school. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking 14ers, fly fishing, and skiing.
