Zachary joined Johnson Law in 2020.  His practice focuses on representing homeowners and contractors in connection with construction defects, real estate non-disclosure, and business litigation.

Prior to joining Johnson Law, Zachary practiced law at a mid-size Massachusetts law firm, where he represented clients in a broad range of complex commercial matters, as well as litigation involving product liability, environmental remediation, and wrongful death.  Before that, Zachary served as a Law Clerk to the Justices of the Massachusetts Superior Court.  As a Law Clerk, Zachary assisted judges in all phases of criminal and civil litigation. 

Zachary graduated first in his class from New England Law | Boston, where he served as the Managing Editor of the New England Law Review.  Zachary is licensed to practice law in Colorado, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire.
