The home suffered from a variety of defects including a serious error in the structural engineering, along with roof and window leaks. All builders, engineers, and subcontractors denied liability. Johnson Law was forced to bring suit against dozens of entities and individuals that aggressively defended the case. In the end, even the most aggressive defendants and their lawyers relented and paid the Homeowners a total of $787,000 before trial.
