After settling the claims with the developer, general contractor, architect, and engineer for a very significant amount, the homeowners pushed forward with their case against two key subcontractors. Counsel for the subcontractors and Johnson Law attorneys submitted written briefs on the subcontractors’ liability and damages. The judge ordered judgment in favor of the homeowners for $259,383.10. The entire judgment plus interest was eventually paid.
