Johnson Law founder and managing attorney Chad Johnson has been selected to the 2027 Colorado Super Lawyers list in Construction Litigation. The selection follows his recognition on the 2025 and 2026 lists and previously being honored as a Super Lawyers Rising Star.
Chad began his career defending Colorado builders and developers in construction defect cases. He now represents the people on the other side of those cases: homeowners, HOAs, commercial property owners, and groups of owners in townhome and condo buildings. That experience on the builder’s side shapes how Johnson Law prepares every claim.
“Our clients are homeowners and HOA boards who did everything right and still ended up with moving foundations, failing roofs, or water in the walls,” Chad said. “This recognition comes from the lawyers we work with and against, and I’m grateful for it.
