Joe Novak joined Johnson Law in 2024. Joe has over eighteen years of litigation experience, primarily in Real Estate and Construction law. He has represented clients ranging from individuals in small disputes to major corporations in class actions. He has extensive experience in all phases of litigation from initial investigation through trial.
Joe began his practice at a large law firm in Chicago, Illinois before moving to Colorado in 2010. Although he believes settlement is always the preferred outcome, Joe has served as lead counsel on multiple trials. He focuses on his clients’ goals and objectives and passionately advocates to achieve those goals through an organized and attentive approach.
Joe graduated from Northwestern University School of Law in 2006 where he served as an editor for the Journal of Criminal Law and Criminology. He is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in Colorado and is a member of the Colorado Bar Association.
