We provide skilled representation no matter which fee agreement you choose to work with us under. As a small firm, we have the flexibility to consider and use a number of fee structures to best serve you, including:

• Hourly fee
• Contingency fee with percentages tied to the stage of litigation
• Contingency fee with percentage based on the results achieved
• Contingency fee where Johnson Law advances expert and other litigation costs
• Contingency fee where client pays expert and other litigation costs
• Reduced hourly fee combined with a contingent fee component (also known as a hybrid fee)
• Flat fee
